Privacy policy and HIPAA protections
Your Options Medical is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. We understand that privacy is especially important when it comes to pregnancy-related care, and we take every step to keep your information secure and confidential. Last Updated: April 2026.
Information We Collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, email address, and message content. When you schedule an appointment in person or by phone, we may collect additional intake information such as your last menstrual period date, relevant medical history, and reason for visit. We also receive technical browsing data through the analytics and tracking tools described below, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. We do not collect payment information because all services are provided at no cost.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up about your care. With your opt-in consent, we may send educational resources or appointment reminders by email or text. We use aggregated, anonymized analytics data to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from courts or government agencies, and protect the safety of our patients and staff.
HIPAA Protections
We are a licensed medical facility operating under the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. All personal health information (PHI) collected during your visit or in connection with your medical care is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are required to maintain the privacy of your PHI, provide you with a Notice of Privacy Practices (available at each clinic location), and follow the procedures described in that notice. We will not use or disclose your PHI without your written authorization, except as required or permitted by law. Your medical records are separate from any website data we collect.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for commercial purposes. We do not share your medical records, appointment history, or health information with insurers, employers, or family members without your written consent. We do not share your information with law enforcement unless required by a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful process. We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing communications.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate properly and to understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymized traffic data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. We use CallRail for call tracking, which helps us understand which online channels lead patients to call us. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to prevent spam submissions. This tool uses a challenge mechanism that does not require visitors to solve puzzles. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect site functionality.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Cloudflare provides content delivery and security for our website and processes all web traffic on our behalf (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the site (policies.google.com/privacy). CallRail provides call tracking and analytics to help us measure which services patients are seeking (callrail.com/privacy). Resend is used to deliver transactional emails such as appointment confirmation messages (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). HopeSync powers the chat widget on our site for patient support inquiries. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on our contact form to prevent automated spam submissions.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information you have submitted through our website. To exercise these rights, please contact us at admin@send.emprisedigital.co or call 508-978-2649. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. Minors
We serve patients of all ages, including minors, in connection with pregnancy-related medical services. However, we do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us so we can remove it. For minors receiving in-person medical services, applicable Massachusetts law governs the privacy and consent requirements.
