Why medical confirmation matters
Up to 20% of known pregnancies end in natural miscarriage, and some pregnancies develop outside the uterus (ectopic pregnancy), which can be a medical emergency. Before making any decision about your pregnancy, confirming viability, gestational age, and location through an ultrasound gives you the information you need to protect your health and understand your options.
What we provide
Lab-quality pregnancy testing
A medical-grade pregnancy test administered by licensed nursing staff with same-day results.
Limited obstetric ultrasound
Confirms whether the pregnancy is viable, how far along you are, and whether it is located in the uterus. All ultrasounds are reviewed by a licensed physician.
Clear information about your options
Medically accurate information about parenting, adoption, and abortion procedures. No pressure, no agenda.
A private, confidential conversation
One-on-one with a licensed nurse or trained patient advocate. Everything you share stays between you and your care team under HIPAA.
Questions you may be asking
How far along am I?
Gestational age determines which medical options are available to you. An ultrasound is the most accurate way to determine how far along you are.
Is my pregnancy viable?
A significant number of pregnancies end in miscarriage naturally. Confirming viability before making any decision can prevent an unnecessary procedure.
Am I eligible for medication abortion?
Medication abortion (the abortion pill) is FDA-approved through 10 weeks of pregnancy. Eligibility depends on gestational age, pregnancy location, and certain health factors. Our eligibility self-assessment can help you understand more.
What does an ultrasound show?
A limited obstetric ultrasound confirms three things: whether the pregnancy has a heartbeat (viability), how far along you are (gestational age), and whether it is located in the uterus (ruling out ectopic pregnancy).
Will you try to talk me out of my decision?
No. We provide medical information and support. The decision is yours. We are a licensed medical clinic, not a political organization. Our role is to ensure you have the facts you need, whatever you decide.
