Our Mission
If you are dealing with an unexpected pregnancy, you are not alone, and you do not have to figure everything out today. Taking time to consider your options takes courage, and we are here to listen without judgment. Your Options Medical exists to support women and men with medical care, accurate information, and practical help so they can make the decision that feels honest for them.
Every person who walks through our doors is met with respect, privacy, and care. We will never pressure you toward any choice. Our goal is simply to make sure you have the facts, the space, and the support to move forward with confidence. Whether you come in for a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, a conversation about your options, or help connecting to local resources, you will be treated as a whole person, not a number.
What guides us
We believe every person deserves access to accurate medical information, a private space to ask questions, and the freedom to make their own decisions without pressure. We are a licensed medical clinic, not a walk-in advice center. That means the care you receive here meets professional medical standards, and your records are protected by the same privacy laws that apply to any doctor's office. We provide pregnancy testing, MD-supervised limited obstetric ultrasound, and factual information about parenting, adoption, and abortion procedures. We do not perform or refer for abortions, and we are not a substitute for ongoing prenatal care. Every person deserves accurate information about each option available.
Our Impact
Our Story
Your Options Medical was founded in 1991 by three Christian families in Boston who saw a need for compassionate, no-cost pregnancy care in their community. Originally known as A Woman's Concern, Inc., the organization has been licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health since its founding. Over three decades, the clinic has grown from a single location to four permanent sites across Massachusetts, plus a fully equipped mobile medical unit serving Cape Cod. In 2024, the organization rebranded to Your Options Medical to better reflect the range of medical services provided and the inclusive, patient-centered approach that defines every visit.
Our Team
Your Options Medical is led by Executive Director Teresa Larkin, who brings decades of experience in nonprofit healthcare management and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Our clinical team includes Massachusetts-licensed registered nurses, RDMS-certified sonographers (registered diagnostic medical sonographers trained to perform and interpret ultrasound exams), and trained patient advocates, all operating under physician oversight. Every staff member is trained in trauma-informed care and committed to treating every patient with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion.

Confidentiality
Private rooms. Private records. No one else has to know.
What you share with us stays with us. We do not bill insurance, so nothing about your visit is sent to any insurance company. No claim is filed, no statement is mailed, and no one in your household will receive paperwork about your appointment. Records are protected under HIPAA (a federal law that keeps your medical information private). You decide who, if anyone, you tell about your visit.
